摘　　要： 随着公共卫生信息化的迅速发展,公共卫生领域也迎来了大数据时代的潮流。从海量的数据中甄别、过滤有价值的信息就涉及到数据挖掘技术。本文对数据挖掘进行了概述,探讨了数据挖掘在疾病预测与预防、个性化健康预测、流行病学病因研究、传染病预警预报、公共卫生管理5个方面的具体研究现状,并对数据挖掘在公共卫生领域面临的挑战进行了阐述,展望了数据挖掘在公共卫生领域的应用前景。 With the rapid development of public health information,the field of public health is also ushered in the trend of the era of big data. From the vast amount of data to identify and filter valuable information,which is related to the data mining technology. In this paper the data mining are summarized,discussing data mining in disease prediction and prevention,personalized health forecasting,epidemiology etiology research,infectious disease forecasting and early warning,public health management of five aspects of specific research situation,and the data mining in public health fields facing challenges are described,and looks forward to the prospect of application of data mining in the field of public health.
