摘　　要： 茶油为我国传统优质食用油,更是珍贵的中药,其中产于海拔600 m以上高山地区的红花山茶油药用价值更高。目前,我国学者对茶油的研究主要为茶油营养价值和茶油精炼工艺,很少有专门针对红花山茶油护肤功效的研究。综述了普通茶油和红花山茶油的区别以及红花山茶油保湿、抗炎、抗氧化和防晒的护肤功效,便于开发红花山茶油在化妆品行业的应用价值。 Camellia japonica oil （CJ oil） is a traditionally edible oil in China and it is also one kind of precious traditional Chinese medicine.Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu oil （CCH oil） from plant grew at altitude of 600 meters above sea level mountain regions has more medicinal value. At present, the main research was focused on nutritional value and refining process of CJ oil, few literatures on skin care effectiveness of CCH oil can be found. In this paper, the difference between CJ oil and CCH oil, their skin care effects including moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and sun protection were summarized. It provided benefits for the application of CCH oil in cosmetics industry.
