直立锁边屋面抗风性能有限元分析

摘  要: 直立锁边屋面系统因其具有防水性能好、强度比较高等特点而广泛的应用在我国建筑结构中,但是由于目前我国还没有完善的规范体系,所以在使用的过程中仍然发生抗风揭能力不足而导致屋面板被掀开的现象,严重危害人们的生命和财产安全。通过试验,利用有限元分析软件MIDAS进行模拟,通过对边界条件合理的假定,探求影响直立锁边屋面系统抗风揭性能的影响因素。结果表明:减小檩距、增加板厚和板宽等形式可以增加屋面板的抗风揭性能;同时找到了各个影响因素对金属屋面板抗风揭性能影响的敏感区域。 Standing seam roof system has been widely used in buildings on account of excellent waterproof performance and high strength. However,there is no perfect standard in China at present,so there is still an issue that the deficiency of wind loading rating in use,and it also threatens people's lives and propery at the same time. Based on the professional experiments,the finite element analysis software MIDAS was used to conduct the simulation,and through the reasonably constraint to boundary conditions,the influence factors of the waterproof performance in standing seam roof system were investigated. The results showed that the wind-resistance performance could be improved by decreasing the distance of the purlin spacing and increasing the thickness and width of the board. Meanwhile,the sensitive area of the various influence factors influencing the metal roofing boards were obtained.
