摘　　要： 为观察选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）联合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将94例重度混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组47例。治疗组采用TST联合外痔切除术治疗，对照组采用传统的外切内扎术治疗。比较2组患者治愈率及术后并发症发生率。结果显示，治疗组治愈39例，治愈率为82．98％；对照组治愈38例，治愈率为80．85％，2组在治愈率方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。但治疗组在术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄、尿潴留方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，TST联合外痔切除术能减少重度混合痔术后并发症的发生，值得临床推广。 This study was to observe the clinical effect of severe mixed hemorrhoids treated with TST （tissue selection therapy） plus resection for external hemorrhoids, randomly divided 94 patients with this hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one, 47 cases for each; the former received above combination therapy, while the latter received only routine external resection ga internal ligation; then both group ＇s curative rate and complication incidence were compared. As results, in curative rate there was no statistical difference between two groups （39/47,82.98% VS 38/47,80.85%, P 〉0.05）, but in complications such as anus pain, ano-edge edema,anal stenosis, and uroschesis the former was all significantly superior to the latter （ P〈0.05）. Results show that above combination therapy can reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy to be popularized clinically.
