摘　　要： 为观察提扎固涩术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将144例环状混合痔患者随机分为3组，即提扎固涩术组、外剥内扎术组、PPH组，每组48例，分别对比3组疗效、住院天数、恢复天数、费用、术后疼痛、术中出血及术后肛门坠胀感等。结果显示，3组在疗效方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。但提扎固涩术组在住院天数、恢复天数、术后疼痛、术后水肿、术中出血方面优于外剥内扎术组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。提扎固涩术组在费用、术后肛门坠胀感方面优于PPH组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，提扎固涩术是一种治疗环状混合痔的有效术式，且具有较外剥内扎术恢复快、术中出血少、痛苦小等优点，较PPH费用低，可明显减轻术后肛门坠胀感，值得临床推广应用。 This study was to observe the effect of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with procedure of hoist ＆ ligation and inducing astringency, randomly divided 144 cases of this hemorrhoids into above new procedure group （group N）, external dissection ＆ internal ligation group （group R） and PPH group, 48 cases for each;the effects, hospitalization time （days）, recovery time （days）,cost,pain, edema and patient＇s tenesmus,and intraoperative bleeding were compared among three groups. As results, among three groups group N was superior to other two groups in hospitalization time （days）, recovery time （days）, postoperative pain and edema, as well intraoperative bleeding （ P 〈0.05）, and in medical cost, postoperative tenesmus sensation of patients superior to PPH group （ P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in efficacy of the three groups （ P 〈0.05）. Results show that the new procedure for circumfer- ential mixed hemorrhoids is an effective one, it has faster recovery, less intraoperative bleeding and milder pain than routine external dissection . internal ligation, and less cost as well as more significantly reducing tenesmus than PPH, thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
