摘　　要： 为探讨加速康复外科联合免疫微生态肠内营养在老年结直肠癌围手术期应用的安全性及有效性，将168例老年结直肠癌患者分为研究组82例和对照组86例，研究组采用加速康复外科联合免疫微生态肠内营养治疗，对照组采用单纯加速康复外科治疗，比较2组患者术后的恢复情况、术后并发症的发生率、营养情况等指标。结果显示，研究组在住院时间、住院总费用、首次排气时间方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。2组术后发热时间及术后并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。研究组患者术后第3天和第7天白蛋白、前白蛋白水平高于对照组。结果表明，加速康复外科联合免疫微生态肠内营养在老年结直肠癌围手术期的应用安全有效，更符合人体生理需求，能改善患者术后营养状况，促进患者康复。 This study was to explore the safety and effectiveness of implementing enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） plus immuno-microecological enteral nutrition at perioperation of senior colorectal canc- er, divided 168 cases of this cancer into research group （82 cases） and control one （86 cases）, performed a- bove combination measures on research group, meanwhile on control one alone ERAS; then, compared such indexes as postoperative recovery status, incidence of postoperative complications, and nutrition situa- tion, etc. between two groups. As results, in hospitalization duration, total medical cost, and the time for first-time flatus research group was all superior to control one （ P ~0.05）, and in the level of albumin and prealbumin on the 3rd and 7th day, research group also higher than control one; only, in the postoperative fever time and complication incidence there was no statistical difference between two groups （ P ~0.05）. Results show that above combined measures used at colorectal cancer perioperation are safe and effective, more conform to physiological demand of human organism, can improve postoperative nutrition situation of patients so that promote their rehabilitation.
