摘　　要： 目的研究银川市3个社区老年人的疼痛现状及影响因素,为社区老年人的疼痛管理提供理论依据。方法采用一般人口学资料表和简氏Mc Gill疼痛问卷对银川市3个社区老年人的疼痛现状及影响因素调查。结果银川市3个社区老年人的慢性疼痛患病率为76.26%,且慢性疼痛患者就诊率低(39.29%)。疼痛最常见部位为下肢(28.57%)、腰骶(20.92%)和颈项(15.82%)。SFMPQ总得分为(4.01±3.32)分,视觉模拟量表(VAS)得分为(30.04±17.15)分,现有疼痛强度(PPI)得分为(1.32±0.82)分。老年人疼痛与居住情况、受教育程度、经济状况、退休/下岗前的职业、性格类型、是否患有慢性病有关。结论银川市社区老年人慢性疼痛患病率高,就诊率低,应进一步规范社区的疼痛管理,提高老年人的生活质量。 Objective To study the status and influential factors of pain in the elderly in three communities of Yinchuan.To provide theoretical basis for the community elderly pain management.Methods The prevalence of pain and its influencing factors among the elderly in three communities in Yinchuan were analyzed by the General Demographic Information Scale and the Jane＇s McGill Pain Questionnaire.Results The prevalence of chronic pain was 76.26% among elder people in the three communities of Yinchuan.The rate of patients with chronic pain to see a doctor was low （39.29%）.The most common sites of pain were lower extremity （ 28.57% ）, lumbosacral （ 20.92% ）, neck （ 15.82% ）, chronic pain patients （ 39.29% ）.SFMPQ score was （ 4.01 ±3.32 ）points, VAS score was（30.04±17.15）, and current pain intensity（PPI）score was（ 1.32±0.82）.Pain in the elderly have a relationship with their living condi- tions, level of education, economic conditions, retirement/laid off in front of the occupation, personality type, whether suffering from chronic diseases.Conclusion The community elderly chronic pain prevalence of yinchuan is high and the rate of patients with chronic pain to see a doctor was low, should further standardize pain management of the community, improve the quality of life of the elderly.
