男护士性别角色类型与职业认同感的相关性研究

摘  要: 目的探讨分析性别角色类型对男护士职业认同感的影响,为寻求提高男护士职业认同感提供参考依据。方法采用护士职业认同感量表和贝姆性别角色调查表对满足纳入标准的男护士进行调查。结果男护士职业认同感总均分为(3.13±0.59)分,职业认同感良好者32例(26.0%),职业认同感不良者91例(74.0%);双性化类型、男性化类型、未分化类型和女性化类型的男护士分别占40.7%、30.9%、14.6%和13.8%,双性化、女性化类型的男护士职业认同感高于未分化、男性化类型的男护士(P<0.05),且男护士职业认同感总分、职业认知评价、职业社会支持及职业自我反思维度与性别角色类型的女性化、双性化程度呈正相关(P<0.05),男护士职业认同感总分、职业认知评价及职业社会支持维度与性别角色类型的男性化程度呈负相关(P<0.05),而男护士性别角色类型的未分化程度仅与职业认同感总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论男护士职业认同感与性别角色类型密切相关,管理者可根据男护士性别角色类型采取不同的培养方式,以提高男护士职业认同感,最终提高护理服务质量。 Objective To investigate and analyse the effect of gender role on professional identity of male nurse, in order to provide evidence for improving the Professional identity of male nurse.Methods Male nurses meeting the inclusive criteria were selected and investigated with the scale of nurse professional identity and Bem sex role inventory.Results The average score of nurse professional identity was (3.13±0.59),the number of nurses with good professional identity was 32 (26.0%),the number of nurses with bad professional identity was 91 (74.0%);Types of the androgynous, masculine, undifferentiated and feminine account for 40.7%, 30.9%, 14.6% and 13.8%, male nurses with types of the androgynous, feminine had higher professional identity than male nurses with types of the masculine,undifferentiated (P〈0.05).professional identity of male nurse, professional cognitive assessment, professional social support and professional self reflection had remarkable positive relationship with the degree of feminization and androgyny (P〈0.05),professional identity of male nurse,professional cognitive assessment and professional social support had re- markable negative relationship with the level of masculine(P〈0.05 ),however,the degree of no differentiation only had negatitive re- lationship with professional identity of male nurse(P〈0.05 ).Conclusion There is a correlation between gender role and professional identity of male nurse, managers can take different actions to improve the professional identity of male nurses according to the type of gender role, at last, improve the quality of the survice of nursing.
