摘　　要： 目的建立低温等离子灭菌生物监测阳性结果的应急处理方案。方法通过5例低温等离子灭菌生物监测阳性结果的应急处理，建立手术室低温等离子灭菌物品供应处理方案。结果召回上次生物监测合格以来所有尚未使用的灭菌物品，改用其他灭菌器重新进行灭菌，生物监测合格后发放。立即查找生物监测阳性的原因，检修灭菌器或纠正造成灭菌失败的因素，连续3次监测合格后重新启用灭菌器。结论低温等离子灭菌器灭菌生物监测阳性，必须杜绝未达到灭菌效果的手术器械进入手术台，制定完善，细致、规范化的监测程序，确保灭菌的效果。 Objective To establish an emergency response plan for the biological monitoring positive result of low temperature plasma sterilization machine. Methods To establish the supply and treatment mechanism in the operating room based on five emergency response works for the biological monitoring positive result of low temperature plasma sterilization machine. Results All the unused sterilized materials that were qualified by biological monitoring last time were recalled and re-sterilized them by other sterilizers. If the sterilized materials were qualified, issue them, or search for the biological monitoring positive cause. Then checked and repaired the sterilizer or corrected the factors of failures. The sterilizers were reused only after being qualified three times of continuous. Conclusion It is crucial to develop a considerate and normative monitoring procedure to ensure the sterilization effect so that there will be no more surgical instruments with unqualified sterilization result in the operating room.
