摘　　要： 目的观察分娩镇痛仪在产科无痛分娩中的临床效果。方法选取初产妇242例，按自愿原则分为两组，采用分娩镇痛仪为A组，不采用分娩镇痛仪为B组，比较两组镇痛效果和产程进展、剖宫产率、产后2h失血量。结果两组镇痛效果比较有明显差异，产程进展中，第一产程无明显差异，第二产程以及剖宫产率，均有明显差异，产后2h失血量比较中，A组与B组无显著差异。结论分娩镇痛仪可用于临床无痛分娩的使用，有助于缓解分娩疼痛，可成为镇痛分娩的选择之一。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of labor analgesia in painless obstetric delivery. Methods A total of 242 pregnant women were divided into 2 groups. Labor analgesia was used in the group A, while not in group B, the analgesic effect between the two groups and the progress of labor, cesarean section, postpartum blood loss in 2 hours were compared. Results The analgesic effect of the two groups had significant difference, the progress of labor, no difference in the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the rate of cesarean section, there were differences between the comparison of 2 hours postpartum blood loss in group A and group B had no significant difference. Conclusion The labor analgesia instrument can be used in the clinical painless childbirth that help to ease the pain of childbirth and become one of the choice of analgesic delivery.
