摘　　要： 目的探讨托架驱血方式在大隐静脉曲张手术中的应用方法254例大隐静脉曲张患者，随机分为驱血止血组82例、托架组94例、常规组78例术前常规行下肢深静脉多普勒超声检查均显示通畅、驱血止血带组采用驱血带驱血后于大腿根部捆扎止血带，托架组采用自制托架抬高患肢利用重力使静脉回流且在术中始终保持静脉回流状态常规组不采用任何驱血方式结果托皋组在手术时间及术中出血量与驱血带组比较无明显差异，但在术后并发症比较中明显优于驱血带组（P〈0.05）在手术时间与出血量上，托架组及驱血带组明显优于常规组（P〈0.05）结论下肢静脉曲张手术中采用驱血方式可以明显减少术中出血、缩短手术时间，托架驱血方式操作简单、术后并发症少．有较大实用性，尤其是基层医院有临床推广价值。 Objective To appraise the value of bracket blood drive way in the operation of superficial varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods 254 patients with great saphenous varicose veins were randomly divided into three groups： 82 cases in blood expelling and hemostasis group, 94 cases in bracket group and 78 cases in conventional group. Preoperative routine line of lower extremity deep vein doppler ultrasound had good show. Blood expelling and hemostasis group used the tourniquet to strap at the bottom of the thigh alter the blood was removed. Bracket group set the bracket to raise limb use gravity to make homemade venous return and in intraoperative always maintain venous reflux condition. The routine group did not use any blood drive method. Results The bracket set in operative time and intraoperative blood loss and flooding blood group were no significant difference, but in the postoperative complications blood drive belt was obviously better than the comparison group （ P〈0.05 ） . On the operation time and blood loss, bracket and flooding blood group was superior to the conventional group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions Lower limb varicose veins surgery using displacement blood can significantly reduce the intraoperative bleeding, shorten the operation time, blood bracket drive way with simple, less postoperative complications, and has great practicability, especially in the grass-roots hospitals.
