摘 要: 针对传统的果核产品分拣主要采用目测法进行人工分拣,而这种分拣方法存在分拣效率低、耗费大量人力物力、检测结果主观性强、检测不稳定等缺点。文中研究采用一种新的分拣方法来代替传统人工分拣的方法。利用机器视觉技术、Matlab图像处理技术和模式识别技术,设计了果核的分拣系统和机械结构,实现了果核产品的自动化分拣。 The cores sorting mainly adopts manual sorting by the traditional visual sorting method. The sorting method has the disadvantages of low sorting efficiency, large amount of manpower and material resources, strong sub- jectivity of detection results, and unstable detection. In this study, a new sorting method is used to replace the traditional manual sorting method. In this paper, using computer vision technology, Matlab image processing technology and pattern recognition technology for sorting system and mechanical structure of the cores, finally realizes the automatic sorting of cores products.
