摘　　要： 民办高职院校是我国高等教育体系中的一部分,作为社会主义教育事业的组成部分,承载着与公办高校培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人同等重要的社会责任和历史使命。可目前的现实是,民办高职院校思想政治工作处于相对弱势状态,既存在公办高(职院)校的共性问题又存在具有自身特点的个性问题。而要改变这种状态、解决这些问题,唯有创新,通过创新的思考和实践,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,才能走出一条切合民办高职院校实际、具有民办高职院校自身特点的思想政治工作新路子。 As a part of China＇ s higher education system, private vocational colleges are a component of the socialist education, carrying the same responsibility and historic mission of training socialist builders and successors as the public colleges and universities. But the current situation is： the ideological and political work in private higher vocational colleges is in a relatively weak state. The existing problems have some in common with those of public colleges, and also have distinctive features. To change this state and solve these problems, we can only resort to innovation, innovative thinking and practice, we can reach changing with things, going forwards with times, and becoming new with situation. Only in this way can we have a new approach of ideological ＆ political work suitable to private higher vocational colleges, and possessed with the characteristics of private vocational colleges.
