摘 要: 随着新型城镇化进程不断推进,乡镇区域经济发生了重大变化,其辖区内的职工队伍日益扩大,劳资矛盾加剧,给城镇化带来了新的挑战。当前乡镇总工会已经成为协调社会矛盾冲突、稳定职工队伍、促进社会和谐的重要枢纽。剖析乡镇总工会协调劳动关系创新实践,有助于提高乡镇总工会职能发挥的认识能力与决策水平,促进社会的和谐、稳定与发展。 With the development of new-style urbanization, great changes have taken place in the township regional economy. The workforce in affiliated jurisdictions is expanded, and the contradiction between labor and capital has been intensified, which bring about challenges to urbanization. The current township federation of trade unions has been important hubs in coordinating social contradictions and conflicts, moderating the workforce, and promoting social harmony. The analysis of their innovative practice in coordinating labor relations could enhance their functions of awareness and decision-making, promote social harmony, stability and development.
