摘　　要： 非招标采购方式是政府采购方式中的一种,在高职院校政府采购中占较大份额。非招标采购在实践过程中出现了较多不规范的问题,应该通过完善采购立项审批的论证环节、完善采购供应商的选取环节、完善采购的评审环节,逐步规范高职院校非招标采购方式,健全高职院校政府采购制度。 Non-bidding procurement is one of the government procurement methods, and occupies a large share of government procurement in higher vocational colleges. Non-bidding has many problems in the process of practice. It is necessary to improve the appraisal link in the procurement demonstration, perfect supplier selected links and improve the evaluation to gradually standardize the public bidding mode, improve and perfect the government procurement system in higher vocational colleges.
