摘 要: 为实施卓越教师培养计划,培养基础厚、能力强、综合素质全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼儿园教师,探索践行高校、地方政府和幼儿园三方协同的UGS培养机制,从招生、培养、就业、职后发展四个方面协同,完善专业课程体系、实行"走园"式实践教学、推行多元评价、营建师范专业文化,以有效促进幼儿教师核心素质养成。 I In order to implement the training plan for excellent teachers and cultivate excellent kindergarten teachers with solid foundation, strong ability, comprehensive quality and outstanding teaching ability, collaborative UGS training mechanism from three parties, i.e. university, local government and kindergarten is explored and practiced from four aspects: recruitment, training, employment, and post career development. As a result, the professional curriculum system is improved. Moreover, the "into-garden" practice teaching is carried out, the multi-evaluation is implemented, and the teachers' professional culture is constructed. Thus, the core quality cultivation of preschool teachers is promoted effectively.
