摘　　要： 目的探讨中老年糖尿病患者脑梗塞临床症状,并使用CT进行诊断分析,对其特点进行研究。方法选取该院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的40例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者为研究组研究对象,另选取同期糖尿病非脑梗塞患者40例作为对照组研究对象。对比两组患者CT诊断及临床症状的差异。结果两组患者通过进行CT诊断,研究组患者在偏瘫、失语、球麻痹等方面病症发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗塞的有其特殊的CT影像学表现,建议中老年糖尿病患者具有头晕、肢体麻木等症状时,最好行头颅CT检查以明确是否合并脑梗塞,提高临床诊断率。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, and to use CT for diagnosis and analysis and then conclude its features. Methods 40 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction treated in this hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study group. Another 40 patients with non-cerebral infarction were selected as the control group. CT diagnosis and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of hemiplegia, aphasia and bulbar paralysis in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction has its special CT imaging performance; it is recommended that middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes, dizziness, limb numbness and other symptoms better to take the CT examination to determine whether complicated with cerebral infarction, so as to improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
