星点设计-效应面法优化牛舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺

摘  要: 利用星点设计-效应面法优选牛舌草中总黄酮的提取工艺。单因素考察,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、温度、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,总黄酮的提取率为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优选提取工艺。由复相关系数可知,因素与指标之间最佳拟合方程为二次多项式,最佳工艺为加入8倍量的53%乙醇于83℃加热,提取时间67 min,提取3次,黄酮平均提取率4.11%。 The central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Anchusa italica. By examining the concentration of ethanol, extraction time, temperature, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio were selected as investigation factors. By taking yield of total flavonoids as index, through the central composite design-response surface method Optimization, the extraction process of total flavonoids from Anchusa italica, single-factor experiments were carried out at the beginning. According to the complex correlation coefficient, quadratic polynomial fitted the correlation between the factors and indicators. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: 8 times of 53% ethanol with 83 rain at 83 ℃ and extracting 3 times, yield of total flavonoids 4. 11%.
