氮磷处理对‘B优268’产量及直链淀粉含量的影响

摘  要: 伴随米粉专用型水稻品种的推广与应用,探索通过栽培措施(肥料调节)调节其稻米中直链淀粉含量,改善稻米品质,使之更加符合米粉加工要求具有重要意义。本研究选用高直链淀粉型米粉专用稻‘B优268’为材料,采用随机区组设计,研究不同氮磷水平对杂交水稻‘B优268’产量性状及直链淀粉含量的影响。结果表明氮及氮磷互作效应对‘B优268’的产量及籽粒直链淀粉含量影响显著。足够的分蘖数和有效穗数是保证‘B优268’高产稳产的基础。优化稻田氮磷调控有利于提高‘B优268’稻谷产量和直链淀粉含量,氮肥用量为300 kg/hm^2N、磷肥用量为120 kg/hm^2P_2O_5时,‘B优268’稻谷产量和直链淀粉含量都较大。 With the popularization and application of rice noodle special rice varieties, the amylose content inrice is regulated and the quality of rice is improved by exploring the cultivation measure(fertilizer regulation),to make rice quality more suitable to the need of rice flour processing. The high amylose rice flour special ricevariety‘B You 268'was used as the material, and a randomized block experiment was designed to investigatethe effects of different levels of nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizer on yield traits and amylose content of‘BYou 268'. The results showed that, nitrogen and the interaction of nitrogen and phosphorus significantlyaffected the yield and the amylose content of‘B You 268'. Enough tiller number and effective panicle numberwere the foundation for high and stable yield of‘B You 268'. The optimization of nitrogen and phosphorouswas beneficial to improving the yield and the amylose content of‘B You 268'.‘B You 268'got higher yieldand amylose content when nitrogen fertilizer was 300 kg/hm^2 N and phosphorus fertilizer was 120 kg/hm^2 P_2O_5.
