摘　　要： [目的/意义]情报分析具有决策支持的功能,为决策服务,扮演着一种参谋者、"建议"者的角色。从建议采纳的视角对此展开研究有利于拓展情报分析研究视野,充分挖掘影响情报分析结论采纳的因素,提出针对性的提升措施。[方法/过程]在阐明情报分析建议属性以及在侦查情报分析中特殊表现的基础上,指出分析人员的专业水平和业务能力、分析对象的难易程度、用户的自身因素等会影响情报分析结论采纳。[结果/结论]情报分析具有情报发现、展示、表达和决策支持等多种作用,作为决策支持的情报分析实质上发挥着"建议"的功能,从建议采纳的视角而言,情报分析人员应强化专业技能培训、提升业务技能、注重维护与用户之间社会公共关系,树立良好组织形象等,以此提升分析结论(建议)的采信率。 [ Purpose/Significance ] Intelligence analysis has the function of decision support. For the decision-making services,it plays an ＂advice＂ role. It is helpful to expand the field of intelligence analysis from the perspective of the advice-taking ,to fully explore the factors that affect the adoption of intelligence analysis, and to put forward the specific measures. [ Method/Process] On the basis of elucidating the advice attributes of intelligence analysis,the study points out that the professional level and operational capacity of the analysts,the degree of difficulty of the analysis object,and the user＇s own factors will affect the adoption of the intelligence analysis result. [ Result/Conclu. ston ] The intelligence analysis has the functions of intelligence discovery, display, expression and decision support, and the intelligence anal- ysis as the decision support plays the function of ＂advice＂. From the perspective of the advice-taking, the intelligence analysts should strengthen their professional skills training, improve their business skills, focus on maintaining social relations with users, and establish a good organizational image, to enhance the adoption of the analysis conclusions.
