摘 要: 设计了一种新型双电源转换开关用的直流螺管式电磁铁。首先基于电磁场理论,研究了电磁铁的反力特性,计算了螺管式电磁铁的主要结构参数,完成了电磁铁的结构设计;然后利用有限元软件Ansoft建立了螺管式电磁铁的三维有限元模型,进行了静态特性仿真,分析了电磁铁在不同电流、不同位置下的电磁吸力和磁感应强度的特性。 The solenoid electromagnet is mainly used for a new type of automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE).The performance of electromagnetic mechanism is related to the reliability of the product.The reaction force characteristics of solenoid electromagnet were analyzed.According to the characteristics of the reaction force and the static attractive force,structural style was determined.Based on the electromagnetic theory,the structure parameters were calculated and the structure design was completed.The finite element model was built with Ansoft software.The static characteristic simulation was studied on.The magnetic pole force,the magnet coil force and the magnetic field distribution were analyzed.
