摘　　要： 首先探讨新时代背景下物流人才的需求特征,接着分析了物流人才培养模式存在的问题,最后探讨了应用型物流人才的培养体系,以期为我国物流人才的培养提供借鉴。 In this paper, we first discussed the characteristics of the demand for the logistics talents in the new era, then analyzed the problems in the current logistics talent cultivation modes and at the end, explored the measures for the cultivation of the applied logistics talents.
