摘　　要： "一带一路"战略提出实现"互联互通",倡导形成多式联运模式。在此背景下,基于推进物流大通道建设行动计划,以青银物流大通道为依托,以35t敞顶集装箱为标准化运载单元,以海、铁、公联运应用技术为支撑,提出了青银物流大通道多式联运系统组织模式,分析了这一系统的具体运作流程和关键技术细节,并针对系统特点设计了企业联盟式的组织管理机制。该模式在现代技术水平下具有可行性,能促进区域交通健康、可持续发展。 In this paper, in order to advance the construction program of the Qing- Yin Great Logistics Channel and based on the application technologies of the sea-railway-highway multi-modal transportation, we proposed the organizational mode in the multi-modal transportation system of the Qing-Yin Great Logistics Channel, analyzed its specific operational process and key technological details, and then in view of its features, designed the system for the organization and administration of the enterprise alliances thereof.
