摘　　要： 近年来,各种自然灾害和社会安全事件频发,人们越来越重视紧急状况下物流系统的规划,而粮食作为人类基本生活资料,对于保证突发情况下人们生命安全具有重要作用。因此在综合考虑国外粮食应急物流发展状况的基础上,以应急管理体系的完备性、粮食储备的社会化和物流技术的普及度为切入点,对比分析发现我国粮食应急物流系统所存在的问题并提出完善应急服务体系、合理利用社会物流资源等建议,保障应急条件下粮食的合理分配及快速配送。 In this paper, based on a comprehensive consideration of the development status of the emergency grain logistics in foreign countries and with the comprehensiveness of the emergency management system, social level of the grain reserves and level of popularity of logistics technologies as the points of entry, we analyzed comparatively the existing problems in the emergency grain logistics system in China and proposed the suggestions to improve its emergency service system and make reasonable use of the social logistics resources, etc.
