摘　　要： 目的:了解城镇居民医疗保险和新农合医疗保险制度的运行满意度,探索影响满意度的因素,为2种医保的整合工作提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对参加城镇居民医保和新农合医保者进行调查,采用统计描述、方差分析以及多因素Logistic分析方法进行分析。结果:城镇居民医保和新农合医保满意度平均得分分别为3.311和3.410,认知处于一般认知水平;新农合医保满意度平均得分为3.567,城镇居民医保满意度平均得分为3.446,满意度得分处于满意和比较满意之间;不同特征参保人员对医疗保险制度总体满意度得分在文化水平、医保类型及首选医院方面有统计学意义;在多因素logistic回归模型中,年龄60岁以上、月收入2001-4000元者与首选医院有统计学意义。结论:加强人们对医保政策的认识,提高医院的诊疗水平,有助于满意度的提高;年龄、收入及文化程度对满意度的影响应引起重视。 Objective： To understand the satisfaction degree of the medical insurance for urban residents and the new rural cooperative medical insurance system, and explore the factors that influence satisfaction degree , provide a reference for integration. Methods ： The self-designed questionnaires were sent to the person who had attended New Rural Co-Operative Medical System and the medical insurance for urban residents randomly, then the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, ehi-square analysis, and logistic analysis. Results： The average score of satisfaction degree of medical insurance for urban residents and new rural cooperative medical insurance was 3.311 and 3.410 respectively, and the average cognition was in the general cognitive level. The average satisfaction degree score of NCMS was 3.567, the average score of satisfaction degree of urban residents＇ insurance was 3.446, and the satisfaction degree score was between satisfactory and quite satisfactory. The scores of the overall satisfaction degree score of medical insurance system among different insured persons were statistically significant in the cultural level, the type of health insurance and the preferred hospital. In the multivariate logistic regression model, there were statistically significant in 60 years of age, monthly income in 2001-4000 yuan and the preferred hospital. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the people＇s understanding of medical insurance policy, to strengthen the hospital＇s level of diagnosis and treatment, and to improve the satisfaction degree . At the same time, the influence of age, income and cultural level on the satisfaction degree should be paid more attention.
