摘　　要： 基本医疗保险异地就医存在公共财政收支、居民家庭支出等内在的经济风险和社会风险。本文对基本医疗保险异地就医的风险因素进行归纳与分析,对基本医疗保险异地就医的风险控制与规避提出了增加政府卫生投入,健全异地就医服务硬件平台,制定相关政策,合理分配医疗资源,引导参保人员有序流动等建议。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the risk factors of medical insurance in different places. The basic medical insurance has the economic risks including the risk of public finance and income and the income risk of the residents family, and the social risks. The basic medical insurance remote medical treatment of risk control and avoidance to increase the government health investment, improve the remote medical service hardware platform, policy development to avoid the risk of medical treatment in dif- ferent places, the rational allocation of medical resources, and guide the orderly flow of staff and other recommendations.
