摘　　要： 目前图书馆各类"问题读者"很多,"问题读者"已经成为图书馆不容忽视的研究对象。本文结合图书馆员一线工作经验,采用调查问卷形式,从馆员和读者两个方面着手,对图书馆"问题读者"进行调查分析,并从长远和临场两个角度提出应对策略,旨在为提升广大图书馆员应对"问题读者"的能力提供借鉴。 This article carries out the investigation and analysis of ＂problem readers＂ with the questionnaire from the perspec- tives of both librarians and readers, so as to provide reference and enhance the processing ability of the librarians.
