摘 要: 该文以四川达州青宁乡为研究区,探讨了川东平行岭谷区典型单斜山地貌构造面的水资源问题。结果表明,该类型地貌区在地质地貌、气象气候、种植结构、水利设施状况、水污染及水浪费问题等因素的综合影响下,水土流失以及水域污染严重,可用水资源极为匮乏。为改善此现状,建议:适当增加并合理布局蓄水、给水实施,充分利用并保护好地下水资源;调整土地利用方式并改进灌溉技术;加强污染防治;优化政策措施。 Taking Siehuan Dazhou Qingning township as a study area, discussed the water resources protection about the typical monoclinic mountain surface of Parallel ridge Valley Area of East Sichuan. The study shows that the soil erosion and water pollution are serious and the available water are extremely scarce due to the combined effects of geological landform, meteorological climate, planting structure, status of water conservancy facilities and water pollution and waste, etc. In order to improve the severe situation, it's better to do with the following: appropriately increasing and reasonably layouting the facilities of water impoundment and supplyment; making full use of and protect groundwater resources, changing land use patterns and improving irrigation techniques ; strengthening pollution prevention and control ; optimizing policy measures.
