摘　　要： 小麦是陕南除水稻之外的第二大粮食作物,如何改变现状,推进陕南小麦产业发展,是亟待解决的问题。该文通过调查陕南小麦品种更替、演变、种植技术的进程及生产现状,分析作为小麦次适生区,存在的品种多乱、病害严重及管理粗放等问题。提出了选育适宜陕南地域的专用小麦品种,配套轻简化高产高效栽培技术,以提高小麦生产效益,促进陕南小麦产业的持续健康发展。 Wheat is the second largest grain crop besides rice in southern Shaanxi Province, How to change the status quo and promote the development of wheat industry in southern Shaanxi is an urgent problem to be solved, Through the investigation of the wheat variety replacement, evolution, planting technology process and current production situation, the existing problems are analyzed. As a secondary region of wheat, there are many problems such as varieties of chaos, serious diseases and extensive management and so on. A special wheat variety suitable for the southern Shaanxi Province was selected, and the techniques of light reduction and high yield and high efficiency were adopted to improve the wheat production efficiency and promote the sustained and healthy development of the wheat industry in southern Shaanxi.
