摘　　要： 目的探究特发性间质性肺炎用用环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月到2016年9月收治的60例特发性间质性肺炎患者治疗情况,所有患者均给予泼尼松联合环磷酰胺治疗,观察患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后患者的MMRC评分发生改变,与治疗前相比,差异存在统计学意义疗(P<0.05),治疗后,有24例患者表现为显效,有34例患者表现为有效,有2例患者表现为无效,临床治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60)。结论采用环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗特发性间质性肺炎,可有效改善患者呼吸困难症状,并且提升总体治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. Methods Sixty patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia were enrolled in this study from January 2014 to September 2016. All patients were treated with prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The MMRC score of the patients after treatment was changed, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. There were 24 patients with marked effect after treatment, 34 cases were effective and 2 cases The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 96. 67% （58/60）. Conclusion The combination of eyclophosphamide and prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia can improve the symptoms of dyspnea and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
