摘 要: 蔬菜中残留的农药会对人体健康造成严重影响,对其快速检测技术进行研究具有重要的现实意义。对磷酸缓冲液和甲醇溶液用于蔬菜表面残留农药漂洗提取的过程进行研究,比较分析了2种方法对不同蔬菜上不同农药残留提取的效果,另外提出一种微型组织捣碎机快速捣碎萃取法。结果表明,微型组织捣碎机快速捣碎萃取法对农药残留的提取效率可达70%以上。农药在蔬菜表面停留时间是漂洗法提取效率的主要影响因素,快速捣碎萃取法可有效提高农药残留提取效率,同时提高检测精度。 Pesticide residues in vegetables can cause serious impact on human health, so its rapid detection technology has important practical significance. Tthe phosphate buffer solution and methanol solution were used for surface of vegetable pesticide residues rinse extraction process. The extraction effect and influencing factors of the two technologies on different pesticide residues of the different vegetables were analyzed. A kind of micro organization comminuter fast dolly extraction method was proposed in this research. The result showed than the efficiency of pesticide residues extracted was improved over 70% through the fast dolly extraction method. In conclusion, the residence time played an important role in the pesticides in vegetables surface extraction efficiency, and the fast dolly extraction method could effectively improve the efficiency of pesticide residues extracted and detection accuracy.
