摘　　要： 综述以餐厨废弃油脂为碳源生物转化鼠李糖脂的研究进展,概括鼠李糖脂的研究现状,总结提高鼠李糖脂产量的优化途径,并对餐厨废弃油脂生物转化鼠李糖脂的未来发展进行展望。 The progress of rhamnolipid biosynthesis from rancidolipids as a carbon source was reviewed. The present research situation of rhamnolipid and the optimization of production of rhamnolipid was summarized. The future development of rhamnolipid conversion was also discussed.
