摘 要: 糖蛋白种类繁多,存在形式复杂多样,但糖蛋白含量较低,因此高选择性的分离纯化富集是食源性糖蛋白深入研究的基础。就食源性糖蛋白分离富集方法及其应用进展进行综述,旨在为糖蛋白或糖肽的富集的研究提供参考。 There are many kinds of glycoproteins with complex and varied forms. Because of the low content of glycoproteins,the separation of high selectivity is the basis of in-depth study of purification and enrichment of glycoproteins. The method and application for enrichment of the foodborne glycoproteins were reviewed in this paper,aimed to provide a reference for the research of enrichment of glycoproteins or glycopeptides.
