摘　　要： 目的探讨显微输精管交叉吻合术对于复杂性梗阻性无精子症的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的38例行显微输精管交叉吻合术治疗的梗阻性无精子症患者的临床资料。结果本研究38例患者行显微下输精管交叉吻合术,30例患者精液检查中发现精子,其中8例患者配偶受孕成功。结论显微下输精管交叉吻合术对于复杂性梗阻性无精子症治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microscopic vas deferens cross anastomosis in the treatment of com- plicated obstructive azoospermia. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases with obstructive azoospermia treated by vas deferens anasto- mosis in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this study ,38 patients underwent microscopic trans vas deferens anasto- mosis, and semen was found in semen examination in 30 patients. Of the 30 patients, 8 patients＇ spouses were successfully pregnant. Conclusion The treatment of complex obstructive azoospermia by microscopic cross anastomosis of vas deferens is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
