摘　　要： 目的观察分析2015年与2001年相比成都市中青年人群心血管疾病危险因素的变化。方法在2001年(甲组,1288例)及2015年(乙组,1023例)分别对成都市相同的8个社区20~65岁,居住三年以上人群进行分层随机抽样现场问卷,调查吸烟、饮酒率、血压、体质指数、血糖、血脂、血尿酸等情况。结果两组吸烟率差异无统计学意义,乙组饮酒率明显低于甲组;收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血尿酸高于甲组。两组甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)比较差异无统计学意义。乙组各项患病率:超重、高血压、糖尿病(空腹检出)、高TG,高尿酸血症、高非高密度脂蛋白(高非HDL-C)血症高于甲组。结论过去15年成都市中青年人群饮酒率降低较多,吸烟下降不明显,其余危险因素有不同程度升高,值得高度关注。 Objective To investigate the changes in cardiovascular risk factors in young and middle-aged people of Chengdu city from 2001 to 2015. Methods The stratified random sampling questionnaires, smoking rate, alcohol drinking rate, physical examina- tions such as blood pressure and BMI and blood biochemical analysis such as FPG,lipid and uric were carried out in group A （2001, n = 1288） and group B （2015 ,n = 1023） who were aged from 20 to 65 years old and lived more than three years in 8 communities of Chengdu city. Results There was a significant difference in the smoking rate as well as TG and LDL between the two groups. However, alcohol drinking rate was obviously decreased and SBP, DBP, PP, BMI, FPG, TC and uric acid were increased when the group B was compared to the group A. Further, the prevalence rate of overweight, hypertension, diabetes mellitus （fasting detection） , high TG and hyper-uric acid,high-non-HDL-C in the group B were higher than those in the group A. Conclusion The alcohol drinking rate in young and middle-aged population of Chengdu city obviously is decreased during 2001 to 2015, but not the smoking rate. The other risk factors are increased at varying degrees. It should pay attention.
