摘 要: 针对现有数控实验台在其开放性方面的不足,对PCI-1750数据采集卡+PC的开放式数控系统控制方案进行了研究,给出了该数控系统的硬件构成,重点针对PCI-1750数据采集卡的输入输出接口电路进行了规划与设计.采用差分插补理论,开发了适于实验台的数控系统.实验表明,研制的三坐标数控实验台能够很好地满足设计要求. In view of the deficiency of the present numerical control experiment platform in its openness, the hardware structure of the NC system is presented by studying the control scheme of the open system with PCI-1750+PC. The planning and design of the input and output inter- face circuit for PCI-1750 is the key point. The NC system which is suitable for the experiment platform is developed by using the differential interpolation theory. The experimental results show that the three coordinate NC experiment platform can meet the design requirements well.
