摘　　要： 面对信息化背景下复杂的国际国内形势,分析全媒体对高校思想政治工作建构的影响,积极探索大学生社会主义核心价值观教育新途径,构建大学生社会主义核心价值观教育"三全"新模式,即坚持全媒体宣传,构建教育宣传体系;坚持全过程施教,构建教育实施体系;坚持全方位推进,构建和谐环境体系,提高核心价值观教育的针对性和实效性。 Based on the complex domestic and international situation in the information-based background,the paper analyzes the impact of the all-media on the ideological and political work in universities,explores new ways of the education of core socialist values of university students,and suggests the construction of a new＂three-focus＂mode,namely the focus on the publicity of all-media to construct a publicity system,the focus on the whole-process teaching to construct an implementation system,and the focus on an all-round promotion to establish a harmonious environment system.
