摘 要: 随着经济社会的发展,中国高等教育改革取得了长足进展,对学生成长成才发挥重要推动作用。高校学生干部作为学生自我管理、自我教育和自我服务的骨干,其管理能力和领导能力对学生言行的示范带动具有重要作用。由于学生干部具有学生和干部的双重身份,因此,应该重视其所处的管理情境变化,采取"两主体四方面"的权变模式,从教师和学生干部两个主体要素出发,从教育指导机制、示范引导机制、学习尝试机制和启迪顿悟机制4个方面研究学生干部领导力培养模式。 The great progress in Chinese higher education reform has promoted the growth and development of students.As the main body of student self-management,self-education and self-service,university student leaders influence the behavior of other students and promote the practice of theoretical knowledge with their ability of management and their leadership.The role of student leaders as both a student and a leader requires a"two subjects and four aspects"contingency model of the leadership of student leaders,i.e.starting from the two subjects of teachers and student leaders and establishing a training model from the four aspects of educational guidance mechanism,demonstration mechanism,learning and trying mechanism,and enlightenment-epiphany mechanism.
