摘 要: 西方学者基于伦理视角对企业人力资源管理进行了富有成效的探索,其成果集中体现在认知人力资源管理的伦理困境、不道德行为表现、背后动因、结果以及探讨解决问题的方法上。国内学者虽早已关注,但只是零星涉及,缺乏系统阐述,尤其是缺乏管理学领域学者与实践人员的广泛参与。文章认为在借鉴西方理论成果和成功经验的同时,国内学者应建构自身的理论框架和探寻企业伦理的提升方法。 Researches on HRM have been made by western scholars from an aspect of ethics. Topics as ethical dilemma, cause and act of an unethical behavior and methods to resolve the problem are widely discussed. Unfortunately, there is no systematic explanation in China, especially in management fields. This paper suggests that we should build our own theoretical framework and find our own ways to improve HRM ethics with the help of the western studies.
