摘　　要： 在全球制造业整合、中国制造业崛起、上海自贸区成立以及"一带一路"倡议推进的大背景下,建设上海亚太供应链中心重要性与紧迫性与日俱增。为此,本文首先根据城市中心地理论和发展极理论、亚太地区现实背景、上海历史基础,解释打造上海亚太供应链中心的原因,然后分析打造亚太供应链中心面临问题,最后提出相应的战略举措。 With the integration of global manufacturing, with the rise of China＇s manufacturing industry, with the establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Areaand the promoting of ＂the Belt and Road＂, the construction of Shanghai Asia-Pacific Supply Chain Center becomes important and urgent. This paper begins with the theory of urban center and development poles, the realistic background of the Asia-Pacific region, the historical basis of Shanghai. It then explains the reasons for building the Asia- Pacific Supply Chain Center in Shanghai, and analyzes the problems we are facing. Finally, the corresponding strategic measures are put forward.
