摘　　要： 通过对中医药发展历史上不同时期的中药药物剂量折算的差异的研究与综述探讨,考量古今中药用药剂量出现差异,探究现今影响中药用药剂量的相关因素,同时思考古今用药剂量折算对于现今中医临床药物剂量的应用价值,意在精确现今中药药物剂量,实现精准用药精准治疗,达到提高临床效果的最终目标。 Through the study of differences on the development of Chinese medicine in different historical periods of Chinese medicine dose conversion and review, consideration of ancient and modem Chinese herbs dose difference, explore related factors influencing Chinese medicine dose today, at the same time thinking of ancient and modern medicine dosage conversion value for current TCM clinical drug dosage, drug dose to accurately present, realize precise accurate treatment, improve the clinical effect of the ultimate goal.
