摘　　要： [目的/意义]总结福建省上杭县特色图书馆建设与发展经验,为其他县级图书馆特色化建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]利用实地调研和文献调研方式,从注重地方文献的收集整理、加强非物质文化遗产的收集及固态化保存、广泛开展文化普及活动三方面介绍上杭县建设特色图书馆的经验,分析建设中的不足并提出解决措施。[结果/结论]上杭县图书馆特色化建设的成功经验,可以为其他县级图书馆挖掘本地特色文化遗产、建设社会基层公共文化普及体系和开展全民阅读活动提供参考。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to summarize construction and development experiences of characteristic library of Shanghang County in Fujian Province, to provide reference for other county-level libraries＇ characteristic construction. [Method/pro- cess]It uses the ways of field research and document research to introduce the experiences of characteristic library construction in Shanghang County from 3 aspects of focusing on collection and collation of local documents, strengthening collection and solid state preservation of intangible cultural heritage, carrying out extensive cultural popularization activities,analyzes the inadequacies in the construction and puts forward measures to solve the problems. [Result/conclusion]The successful experiences of characteristic con- struetion of Shanghang County Library can provide references for other county-level libraries to exploit local cultural heritage, construct grassroots public culture popularization system and launch nationwide reading movement.
