摘　　要： [目的/意义]为做好学术期刊的评价工作、提升研究水准、匡正学术风气和促进科学研究广泛交流提供参考。[方法/过程]以JCR 2015为数据源,利用SPSS软件,采用因子分析法,以图书情报类期刊为例,从13个指标中提取4个因子,并构建以因子的方差贡献率为权重的综合评价模型,对期刊进行综合评价。[结果/结论]综合评价模型在一定程度上克服单一指标评价的片面性。以影响因子为依据和基于因子分析的综合得分的2种期刊排序存在一定程度的偏差。期刊评价应以"全评价"理论为指导,避免评价过分数量化、简单化和形式化,真正发挥期刊评价对期刊健康发展的促进作用。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to offer reference for doing well inevaluation work of academic journals, enhancing the level of research, rectifying academic atmosphere and promoting extensive exchange of scientific research. [Method/process]The paper takes JCR 2015 as data resource,uses factor analysis method and the software SPSS, takes library and information journals for samples, extracts 4 factors from 13 indexes, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model which uses variance contribution of fac- tors as weights, tocomprehensively evaluate journals.[Result/conclusion]The comprehensive evaluation model avoids the deviation of a single index-based evaluation. The journal rank based on impact factor and integrated score of factor analysis exists a certain degree of deviation. Journal evaluation should be guided by ＂full evaluation＂ theory, to avoid excessive quantitation, simplification and formaliza- tion, so as to truly promote the healthy development of academic iournals.
