摘　　要： 目前,随着我国对各类人才的需求越来越大,要求质量也越来越高,社会各界关于如何对人才进行培养也产生了许多争议,但是大家都殊途同归,都是要求对人才培养的模式进行改革和创新,使之能够更好地适应国家的发展需求。文章以此为背景,探讨了对于高等艺术院校人才的培养机制该如何进行创新。 As the demand for all kinds of talents is growing in our country, there exists increasing request for the quality of tal- ents, thus leading to a lot of controversy over how to conduct talent training. All the controversy, however, is about the same thing： to reform and innovate the mode of talent training in order to conform to the needs of our country. This article discusses the innova- tion of talent training mechanism for art universities based on this background.
