摘　　要： 跨境电商行业的迅速兴起使社会对高素质人才的需求量逐渐增多。不少高校通过与企业合作来培养理论知识扎实、实践能力强的专业性人才。有效的校企合作是加快跨境电商教学改革的重要途径,这种新型教学模式在职业院校得到了广泛的应用。文章分析了校企合作的教学方法对于培养电子商务专业性人才的优势。另外,基于揭阳职业技术学院跨境电商班到企业实习的实际情况指出当前校企合作教学模式中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出解决问题的策略。这对跨境电商背景下的教学改革与实践策略研究具有一定的参考价值。 The rapid development of cross-border e-commercial industry gradually increases the demand for high-quality person- nel. There are a great number of schools cultivating professional talents with solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability through cooperating with social companies. Effective college-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways to accelerate cross- border e-commerce educational reform. The new kind of teaching model is widely applied in vocational technical colleges. This article analyzes the advantages of college-enterprise cooperation for training professional talents. Additionally, the article, accord- ing to the i＇elated ~facts about the intern experiences of the e-commerce class in Jieyang Vocational Technical College, points out problems in the current model of school-enterprise cooperation and puts forward specific strategies which are of some value for refer- ence for the research of the teaching reform and practical strategies in the context of cross-border e-commerce.
