摘　　要： 随着社会的发展和经济的进步,世界各国逐渐联系成一个整体。各个学校也开始创办合作办学的项目,以促进中外双方之间的文化交流和教学资源共享。中外合作办学项目已经逐渐成为我国人才全面培养中的一种重要模式,尤其是在近些年以来,我国正不断出现越来越多的中外合作办学项目。通过对合作项目的优势互补合作队伍以及所使用的灵活多样教学方式的分析,教师能够具有中外结合的教学方式的行为习惯,推动促进中外合作办学项目中的英语教师向更加专业化的方向发展,同时对中外合作办学的教学质量有效提升。 With the development of society and the growth of economy, many countries are united as a whole. Many colleges in different countries are setting up foreign cooperative programs to enhance the international cultural exchanges and teaching resources sharing. Now foreign cooperative programs are becoming one of the important modes in cultivating Chinese talents, especially in cur- rent years, more and more cooperative programs are emerging. Based on analysis of the mutual complementation in teaching team and flexible teaching methods, many teachers can develop the teaching behavioral habits. Thus, the English teachers in the foreign coop- erative programs can choose their career development direction more professionally, which can contribute a lot to the effective im- provement of the teaching quality for cooperative programs in Chinese colleges.
