摘　　要： 互联网的开放性极大地影响着大学生的法治思想认识,网络空间的法治建设相对滞后致使相应的法治教育存在着诸多问题及挑战。在分析大学生网络法治教育主要问题的基础上,针对思想政治教育课堂教学存在的弊端,提出了"MOOC+课堂研讨"的大学生网络法治教学模式。教学实践证实是一种提升网络法治教育效果的良好对策。 Nowadays the openness of the Internet has greatly influenced university students＂ knowledge of government by law, though the law construction of the Internet is lagging behind, and this has brought many problems and challenges to the correspond- ing legal education. On the basis of analyzing the main problems of the legal education of university students, and with regard to the disadvantages of classroom teaching in Ideological and Political Education, this paper puts forward the teaching mode of ＂MOOC ＋ classroom discussion＂ aimed at network legal education for university students. Teaching practice has proved that this method is good to enhance the effects of network legal education.
