摘 要: 文章基于中国省级面板数据,采用基尼系数、泰尔指数和对数离差均值三项互补性指标,定量分析了中国绿色食品产业发展区域异质性,并在绿色食品产业发展决定方程基础上,利用Shaply分解方法,实证估算影响绿色食品产业发展区域异质性各因素贡献率。研究结果表明,我国绿色食品产业发展区域异质性主要受到产业集聚、收入水平、劳动力、资本和土地等要素影响,在异质性贡献方面,产业集聚是绿色食品产业发展区域异质性的首要原因,其次为收入水平,再次为资本要素,而劳动力及土地等投入要素的贡献率较低,基于研究结论,提出了促进绿色食品产业区域协调发展的政策建议。 In this paper, indexes are adopted to measure the regional heterogeneity in the development of Chinese green food industry, in- cluding Gini, Theil and Logarithmic mean deviation, and the provincial-level panel data are employed to empirically test the affecting fac- tors. Based on the determining equation of industrial development, the Shapley value decomposition method is applied to decompose the causes of regional heterogeneity in the development of green food industry. The results show that the regional heterogeneity in the develop- ment of Chines green food industry is significant, and the main factors affecting the regional heterogeneity of green food industry are indus- trial agglomeration, income level, labor force, capital and land, etc. The regional differences of industrial agglomeration contribute the most to green food industry development, followed by income level and capital input, whereas the contribution rates of labor and land factor are lower. On the basis of the conclusions, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the regional coordinated develop- ment of green food industry.
