川中气田磨溪区块气田水混合回注实验评价——以龙王庙组为例

摘  要: 川中气田龙王庙组是近年来发现的迄今为止中国最大的单体整装气田,其产出水具有水量大、矿化度高、离子浓度大且成分复杂、高含硫等特点,各种产出水的直接回注极易导致地层堵塞等问题。以川中气田磨溪区块龙王庙组产出水为例,采用X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、光学显微镜分析等多种手段和静/动态配伍性实验等方法,对龙王庙组产出水与磨溪区块其他气藏主要产出水开展了配伍性、混合水与回注层大安寨段的适应性等实验评价。通过研究提出了一套静态配伍性定量评价的方法,明确了不同层位产出水混合后的配伍性程度和结垢类型,以及温度对混合回注水结垢量的影响,优化出不同产出水间配伍性比例;磨溪区块各气藏产出水间、混合水与回注层地层水间易形成硫酸盐垢,混合比例为1:1时结垢量为最大,回注水处理效果最为明显。提出了不同层位产出水间先1:1混合再"自然沉降—过滤—回注"这一水处理方案。 Longwangmiao formation of central Sichuan basin is the largest single gas field discovered in China. Due to the characteristics of large water quantity, high mineralization, high ionic concentration, complex composition and high sulfur bearing, all kinds of direct reinjeetion of produced water will inevitably lead to some problems like formation plugging. Take the produced water of Longwangmiao formation of Moxi block in the central Sichuan Basin as an example. By taking the measures of X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, optical microscope analysis and static and dynamic compatibility experi- ments, this paper conducts experimental evaluations, which include the compatibility of produced water of Longwangmiao forma- tion and Moxi block, and the adaption of admixing water in Da' anzhai member of reinjeetion formation. Through some researches, the quantitative evaluation method of static compatibility is proposed. Accordingly, this paper determines the degree of compatibili- ty and the type of scale forming of produced water in different layers, analyzes the impacts of temperature on scale forming of mixed reinjeetion water, and optimizes the compatibility of different produced water. In produced water, admixing water and reinjeetion formation water of different gas reservoir, the sulfate scale easily forms, and when their blending ratio is 1:1:1, the scale forming has the maximum amount, accordingly, the treatment effect of reeirculated water is most obvious. Based on the above researches, this paper proposes treatment schemes of mixing produced water in different layers by the ratio of 1:1:1 first, and then through process of natural settling, filtration and recycling.
