摘　　要： 目的:探讨MRI与CT的融合影像在放射治疗时确定卵巢勾画范围的价值,并分析卵巢勾画结果对放射治疗计划结果的影响。方法:选取50例宫颈癌手术并进行卵巢移位病例,其中25例手术中使用银夹标记卵巢位置,作为卵巢位置参考。分析使用银夹作为参考勾画卵巢与使用MRI与CT的融合影像作为参考勾画卵巢体积结果的差异,并分析卵巢勾画结果对放射治疗计划结果的影响。结果:CT影像下以银夹标记为基础勾画的卵巢体积与MRI/CT融合影像为基础勾画的卵巢体积有明显差异。使用CT影像勾画的卵巢体积均值大于使用融合图像勾画的卵巢体积均值。以MRI与CT融合影像作为参考勾画卵巢在设计放射治疗计划时其结果更具优势。结论:MRI影像对确定卵巢体积有很好的辅助作用,能合理的确定卵巢的体积和位置,从而在宫颈癌的放射治疗中对卵巢进行更好的保护,并且得到更好的剂量分布。 Objective：To analyze the value of MR1 and CT fusion images in determining the ovarian volume and the effects in radiothrapy. Methods ：50 cases of cervical cancer patients with ovaries transplantation were selected. 25 cases in these patients were treated with a silver clip to mark the ovarian position as a reference for ovarian position. Analyse the differents in use of silver clip as a reference to outline the ovaries and the use of MRI and CT fusion ima- ges as a reference to outline the ovaries, and analyse the impact of ovaries outline resuhs on radiotherapy planning re- sults. Results： The ovarian volume determined by the silver clip - labeled CT images was significantly different from the ovarian volume determined by fusion image. CT images were larger to determine the ovarian volume. Conclusion： MRI images have a good effect on the determination of ovarian volume, which can reasonably determine the volume and location of the ovaries, so as to better protect the ovaries in radiotherapy of cervical cancer and get a better dose
